1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ Damage during transit
✔ Wrong product delivered
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
✘ Product damaged due to misuse or improper handling
✘ Installation completed and product used
✘ Minor scratches or cosmetic variations
✘ Change of mind after purchase
✘ Special order or customized products
3. Return Process
To request a return:

2️⃣ Share invoice details and product photos.
3️⃣ Our team will inspect and verify the issue.
4️⃣ Approved returns will be scheduled for pickup or replacement.
4. Refund Process
✔ Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed.
✔ Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.
✔ Shipping and installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
✔ Defective or damaged products may be replaced at no additional cost.
✔ Replacement is subject to product availability.
6. Cancellation Refunds
✔ Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
✔ Advance payments for special orders may be non-refundable.
7. Manufacturer Warranty Claims
After installation or usage, any functional issues will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Kitchen+ will assist in coordinating service support.
